Services
I work relationally with adults navigating family patterns, identity, and the ways old roles show up in their lives and relationships. Therapy is a place to explore, understand, and experience shifts in real time.

My Approach
I combine trauma-informed practices with relational therapy, focusing on connection, safety, and repair:
Family Systems: We explore how family roles, patterns, and unspoken rules shape who you learned to be, and how they continue to show up in your relationships today.
Person-Centred Therapy: You are the expert on your own experience. Sessions are grounded in empathy, respect, and acceptance, creating space for your natural capacity for growth.
Transpersonal Therapy: We make room for meaning, spirituality, and experiences that go beyond the individual self — supporting healing that feels connected, expansive, and whole.
IFS (Internal Family Systems): Explore the different parts of yourself and their roles in your life
AEDP (Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy): Work with emotions in real time to build resilience and healing
Sessions are grounded in curiosity, safety, and the lived experience of both client and therapist
The focus is on understanding, growth, and transformation — not “fixing” you
