The things you carry make sense.
They were once protection — now they’re invitations to grow.
Together, we explore your story with compassion and curiosity.
You don’t have to hold it all alone anymore.
Hi, I’m Phoebe.
My work meets humans in the space between what they inherited and what they’re becoming.
Here, we untangle the emotional patterns passed down through generations so life can be lived more freely, intentionally, and whole.
My work is grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP). Together, these approaches help us slow down, listen inward, and create new emotional experiences in the safety of a real, attuned relationship.
Relational, compassionate, and nervous-system-aware. We move at your pace. Healing doesn’t come from pushing — it comes from feeling safe enough to stay present with what’s here.
“Change comes about when you become what you are, not when you try to become what you are not.”
― Arnold R. Beisser.
The Work Together
Each person’s process is unique, but we might explore:
Boundaries and belonging
Guilt, responsibility, and self-trust
Emotional regulation and nervous system grounding
Healing from emotional neglect or enmeshment
Reconnecting with your authentic voice
Parenting yourself while parenting others
We move at your pace. My role isn’t to tell you who to be — it’s to help you remember who you already are, underneath all the roles you had to play.
